Additionally, you have the option to lease your studio on days off to generate extra income. Working in a community of like-minded beauty and wellness professionals, you'll benefit from networking opportunities and referrals, all while enjoying the privacy and autonomy that come with building your unique business identity.

Here are a few services included in your lease:
- 24/7 access to the facility and your studio via fob or app
- Free Wi-Fi
- Laundry facilities available
- Electricity, water, sewer, and trash included in the weekly rent
- Short-term leases with a 30-day cancellation notice
- Common area furniture
- Access to a small breakroom with a microwave and refrigerator
- Janitorial cleaning of common area hallways, breakroom, and restrooms
- We provide either a hair wash sink or a standard sink
